One of the pasture residents has been feeling unwell. He's laying in the yard in this photo. Horses spent little time laying down, their bodies aren't built for laying down for long, it's hard on their lungs, among other things.

The girls graduated from the triangle to the big hoop today. So much easier to catch them when it was time to go in early.

He has named this one... but I can't remember what name it was. She looks like a Harriet to me. But that's not what he called her.... so this is not Harriet

Every year the husband waits until this invasive tasty beast bear fruit to decide to cut it down, but it's free snacks! For me and the chickens.

After the burst of violets, tulips and lilacs it seems like all the white flowers bloom at once.
